Warranty Policy

 Warranty Period

We provide a 12 month full replacement Warranty for all products purchased from Soliom Australia. Please register your product within 30 days of purchase on our site so that you can receive warranty from your purchase date.

Shipping

Free Flat Rate Shipping

We ship free to Australia on all our products. Expect delivery within 15 Days.

Express Delivery

We offer 3 – 7 Business Day delivery. If you would like this option, a $25.00 Flat Fee applies. Please select express shipping when placing your order.

Returns

Returns for a Refund

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, it may be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days.

All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Soliom Australia reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.

Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

All products that were NOT purchased on soliom.com.au should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it’s original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at info@soliom.com.au with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. Soliom Australia will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee exchange for customer order errors.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been fulfilled.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Soliom Australia agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorised User or the Card holder will not initiate any charge back or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Soliom Australia and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
